A typical QuickBooks Desktop to Online migration, with no major data cleanup, runs about $900.
That covers the migration itself, the data validation, and a summary report.
A typical Bill.com setup synced to QuickBooks, with no custom approval routing, runs about $750.
On NetSuite, a single-subsidiary Bill.com setup runs about $1,250.

A short call, free
Thirty minutes. You describe what you're running and what isn't working. If it isn't something I do, I'll say so on the call and point you somewhere better.

A first-pass review and a written scope, at no cost
I take a first pass over what you run and write it up. Within two days of the call you get that and a scope: what will be done, what won't, what I need from you, and one number, agreed before anything starts. Both are free and yours either way. Scope changes are re-quoted in writing, never billed as a surprise.

The work, then the handover
Most migrations and configurations run one to two weeks. Larger multi-system projects run longer and are staged so you can see progress. Every engagement closes with a written system record you keep.
